K9 Partners Golden Rainbow Therapy Dogs

K9 Partners 100% supports its unique community therapy dog program. All Golden Rainbows are Golden Retrievers who have undergone our free Therapy Dog training program and also undertake a yearly assessment. Golden Rainbows are available as regular therapy dogs, or as a one off visit, or are available as a support team for either individuals, organisations or the community in times of need.

To either request a Golden Rainbow visit or to express interest in registering your own Golden Retriever as a Golden Rainbow please email K9 Partners or use our contact page – please put Golden Rainbows in the subject line.

Please note owners are responsible for ensuring they have a current volunteer/working with children card – this is free for volunteers . All Golden Rainbows must have current vaccinations or titre testing plus have proof of all parasite prevention.

Also note currently Golden Rainbows are only available in Victoria at this stage.

Golden Rainbows will easily be identifiable in their Golden Rainbow Therapy Dog jacket and/or Rainbow bandanna.  

All training and assessment for Golden Rainbows is provided free of charge by K9 Partners community service program.

All Golden Rainbows therapy visits are provided free of charge to the community, individuals and organistations as required.
